Adam guided us on both the sale of our prior home and the purchase of our new home. Let me speak about both, because both were awesome and I want to explain why: 1. The purchase of the new home. He out-negotiated a lot of other buyer prospects on a very popular home and got us a great value on both the Offer price and then the price after adjustments. It was awesome. 2. The sale of our prior home. Adam told us exactly what we needed to do before the listing, we did it, and we got the right buyer in the right time frame. He listened to us, we listened to him, and it was a full partnership! We were able to get both transactions done (the buy and the sell) within 3 weeks of each other. Adam Ferst was/is really a phenomenal broker for Philadelphia-area house sales. We couldn't be happier.
