Mr. Elkebir was very helpful and professional in every interaction we had with each other. He is very knowledgeable in the industry and made suggestions that actually got me and my tenant money. I was short selling my rental property while I still had a tenant living there (who was aware I was selling the house). Mr. Elkebir suggested I apply for a relocation program offered by the bank that would provide a cash incentive for selling the property, which was essentially for the tenant to relocate. Not only did my tenant qualify for the large cash incentive, but I did too!!! That was a delightful surprise. I havent heard of any other agents recommending or mentioning programs that benefit the sellers. The process was extremely smooth and went fairly quickly with the banks. My house sold in less than a week.

I highly recommend Adam Elkebir to everyone I know that is interested in purchasing or selling their home. Adam is always very professional and ensuring that we are kept apraised of every step of the process when we sold our home and purchased our next home. He was the calm in what can sometimes be a stormy process. He went out of his way to make sure that we were always kept informed of every step that was occuring. When we were ready to purchase our next home. He made sure that all our needs for our home were met. He uses state of the art notifications so that we were always promptly notified of any homes for sale in the areas we selected. Whenever we called him to view a potential home he was always prompt in calling us back and setting appointments to view the homes. He was patient and made sure that we got into a home that met our needs and we would love. Adam and his staff have many clients but he always made us feel like we were his most important and/or only clients. He is extremely professional, efficient, and friendlly. Making us feel like we are friends or family not just clients. I highly recommend Adam Elkebir if you want a positive and well informed experience at each step of the process when selling or purchasing a home.

I?ve worked with many real estate agents, but Adam is by far the most knowledgeable and effective real estate professional I have worked with. His brilliant marketing strategy and impressive negotiation skills got my home sold the second day it was on the market with multiple offers and above the original asking price. His knowledge of the process, responsiveness to my question/concerns, attention to detail, and ability to work with the seller?s agent allowed me to get through the escrow process without any issues and on time.
