Adam was an amazing realtor to work with while buying our very first home. His response time is amazing - felt like he was very easy to reach at all times. He also went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and spent so much time explaining things to us as first time homebuyers (regarding making good offers, state of current market, components of a sales contract, etc.). He was ready and willing to make appts ASAP to view any house we were interested in, and gave great advice when we did go. He also took great initiative to make sure emails and info went to all of the right people at the right time, and seemed to always check in when he was needed. I would 100% recommend Adam as a realtor for his knowledge, experience, expertise, friendliness, and reliability.

If you are looking for a realtor then look no further. I had been looking for a year in what is considered a sellers market. I tried a few realtors who did not even make an effort to help me find a home. Then I met Adam and within a few weeks I found the home of my dreams, was able to negotiate a winning bid successfully and made settlement a month later. Adam has been there every step of the way. We have been looking for condos in Sea Isle NJ for two years.
