Throughout the entire homebuying process, we have felt manipulated by Adam, and felt increasing stress and anxiety fighting him to protect our finances and well-being. He leveraged our love of the property and our experience as first-time homebuyers to pressure us into bidding higher and higher amounts that he knew we could not afford. He lied about coverage on a massive home repair issue ($15k deductible to repair the roof, told us it was covered with NO deductible), and as such almost got my partner and I locked into a home with damage that we wouldn't have the money to repair. Adam is not interested in your well-being as Buyers, he is only interested in making a deal. Examples: 1. Kept pressuring the almost certain possibility of a competitive bidder, in an effort to get us to put in a higher offer (was not true) 2. He kept valuing the home much higher than the comps in the area showed, in an effort to get us to bid higher (Adam wanted us to go into the bid at $285k. The comps showed $240k. We battled Adam to even put an offer in at $260. A week after we backed out, we found the home price listed at $249k, with no other offers) 3. Withheld information regarding insurance coverage of roof damage. During option period ASSURED us it would be ZERO cost to Buyer, but later we found that there was a $15k deductible we would have to pay. He withheld this info to get the deal to go thru. Please take my advice and seek representation elsewhere. Thank you.

My name is Gabriel, and Adam was our realtor when we were looking to purchase our FIRST home! Adam was assigned to us through Zillow and we thought about going with another realtor in the first few days, but what led us to commit to Adam was his willingness to meet us right after his dinner with his family. Had we known we would not have asked him to meet us, but he was ready to act when we were.His advice was exactly what we needed. We knew what we were looking for and he was responsive and acted in my family's best interests. A few times he got us into homes (one of which became our first home) when there were other realtor(s) trying to show the same property. Adam was very efficient in ensuring we were the only ones that got in to give the property a view. We made an offer that day before 11am, and Adam took it upon himself to follow up with the seller's Agent to find out what else my family could do in order to have our offer be the most attractive. He told us before the day was over, around 5pm, and we followed Adam's advice in altering our offer. The seller's agent told us our offer was accepted the next day! Adam worked so hard to serve my family's needs and his effort paid off. We just moved in and the home was exactly what we dreamed it would be. This is a personal victory for myself as I am now the first man on my Father's side of the family to own his own home. Adam met/exceeded/and raised our expectations through the process. He met us on our schedule and suggested alternate times when he was not able to get to us when we wanted. This is probably the most important thing: He was NEVER late. I don't know if he wants this out there, but he gave us $1k of his commission toward our closing costs, which was so helpful. Adam was comforting to us when we felt fear - first home and all. He helped us overcome our financial anxiety by providing very leveled information. He never tried to "sell" us anything. He only gave us the info we needed to make our own decision. I respect him for that. Adam is exactly what you need him to be. His expertise is backed up by decades of experience. His team is precise in what they need. This, for being our first home purchase, was the easiest process. We felt little stress and smiled more than we were worried. Adam and his team are exactly what you need.
