Super helpful Realtor! I was needing help on whether or not I should sell my home. I wasn't sure what homes were selling for in my neighborhood. I met Nick through a friend of a friend who recommended him. I am so glad we connected! He consulted me on selling my home and learning what the market is doing in my area I decided not to list just yet but will be using Nick next Spring to sell my home. He show me what I could expect to sell my home for if I didn't do anything but also showed me how much more I could get if I made certain updates. He connected me to great local contractors for my flooring, roof and tile. I felt that Nick really cared and listened to didn't just want a quick paycheck.
