My passion for home ownership started many years ago, when I began to understand how it can positively impact families and communities. Having worked as a Financial Services Rep, Mortgage Consultant and as a Home Ownership Director/Counselor, I became knowledgeable in many first time home buyer programs. Now as a Real Estate Agent, I enjoy educating and informing my buyers so that they not only have a pleasant home buying experience, but so that they also gain/develop the tools needed to preserve home ownership. I worked with Ada & her team during a tough time for buyers. We searched for months. She was always positive and empowering with her approach. I have lived in my new home for a few weeks now. Some problems occured during my 1st week I was so upset and stressed. I reached out to Ada and she still came to my rescue. She helped in ways I know another person wouldn't have. She has great connections in everything from insurance to roofers. Have you ever heard of the saying Jesus take the wheel? Well during and after my process it became Ada take the wheel please. I was initially connected with Ada through LHOP. I took their first-time homebuyer course for which she was the instructor. I later decided to contact her for help with my FSBO transaction after several friends and colleagues recommended her. My situation was unusual, as a first-time homebuyer purchasing a property from a family friend that was being converted from commercial to residential during the process. Ada was knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and made both parties feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Ada highly enough!
