My husband and I worked with Bruce for almost 2 years until we found the home that suited us. During that time Bruce was always sending us listings and keeping in touch with us even during periods of low inventory. He was always available to take us on tours of home and if in the very rare chance he could not make it, he would also make sure one of his partners were there to help us. Once we found our home, Bruce went into hyper-mode and really brought this deal through to closure. The house was "for sale by owner" and therefore Bruce did not have a professional agent to work with on the sell side but he negotiated appropriately helped us through the attorney review, inspection scheduling and also help through some challenging communication issues with the sell side attorney.
