I cannot praise Abes realtor skills enough! We had our house on the market for eight months with another realtor and saw very little traction. Within two weeks of our listing being switched to Abes team, we were having qualified buyers looking at our property, and I am happy to say we have now signed and closed. He took the time to walk through our house and listened to everything we had done to improve the property, offered extra assistance when needed due to me not living in NB anymore . He truly understood the type of buyer we needed and then marketed it appropriately.

Abe was absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started looking at houses, he was on top of getting us in to see new builds or listings we were interested in within a day or two. He was always available and would respond quickly when we had questions. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated that he would show up to everything with us, and he knew what kind of questions to ask.
