Abby is "the best of the best"! She navigated through a particularly complicated sale of my rental property with grace and ease. Her local knowledge, people skills and negotiation skills are outstanding. Abby listens which makes her a great communicator. She follows through and is always responsive. Hurricane Ian added an extra challenge. When the closing date for my Tenants' home purchase was delayed, Abby went 'above and beyond' by finding options for temporary rentals so they could be out on time. Abby is a problem solver! Somehow, through it all, Abby remained totally positive. Though we've not met in person, I live in Arizona, I have total confidence in Abby.
