Abby Pittenger Clauss

Abby is a lifelong resident of the Lake Region and a proud graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School. She joined the Chant team in 2003, starting in administration after attending Penn State Worthington. Since then, she has built an impressive career in real estate--earning her license in 2005, her Associate Broker's license in 2015, and obtaining both her New York and New Jersey broker licenses in 2024. Today, Abby is proud to serve as one of the brokers of Davis R. Chant Realtors. She and her husband, Will Clauss, who is also an Associate Broker with Chant Realtors, raise their two children, Cade and Levi, who attend Wallenpaupack Area School District and are actively involved in the Wallenpaupack Baseball team and the Wallenpaupack Track and Field team. Their golden retriever, Nittany, is like a third child to the family. Abby has been actively involved in the community, coaching her children's soccer and baseball teams, serving on the Wallenpaupack Little League Board, the Chamber of the Northern Poconos Board of Directors, the Pike/Wayne Board of Realtors, and the Lake Wallenpaupack Fireworks Committee. She credits her parents, who remain local, as the foundation for all she has accomplished. Abby's deep love for real estate, the Lake Region, and the business itself makes her a true asset to Chant Realtors. She works closely with Pete Helms, Broker/Owner, and is proud to be a part of the leading sales teams in the Pike/Wayne Board of Realtors year after year. In her free time, Abby enjoys skiing and snowboarding at local mountains, running in 5Ks, hiking trails near her home in Tafton, and boating, jet-skiing, or water-skiing on Lake Wallenpaupack. When she's not on the go, she treasures relaxing and spending quality time with her family--and Nittany.
