ZillowVERIFIEDA company had given my name to several realtors saying I was looking for a realtor when I wasn't. Within a few hours I got calls from three realtors, so I had to follow up and apologize saying I wasn't looking for one at this point. I never heard from two of them, but I got the nicest note from Abby's assistant Claire even though I let them know I wasn't looking for a realtor. Well my closing with the company that pays cash for your house was delayed, so remembering Claire's note I called Abby and I am glad I did. I was interested in selling my house quickly, but wanted to get a little more money for it than I had been offered thru the other company. She priced the house perfectly. I had an offer slightly higher than the listed price in two days, and ended up making $35,000 more than had I gone with the company that was going to give me cash. I've never had good luck with realtors, but Abby restored my faith in them. But it wasn't just Abby - her entire team was amazing. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to list with Abby and Team.
