I have had the privilege to know Aaron for nearly 27 years. Over this period of time, I have solidified a great friendship with Aaron and have learned much from him regarding character, integrity, humility, passion and a relentless drive for success. Our friendship has also been enhanced by a professional relationship, as Aaron has been instrumental in helping me purchase several rental investment properties in Connecticut over the last 10 years, Aaron used his real estate market expertise to show me at least 75 homes and provided me with enduring and objective professional advice on each real estate showing. Upon finding the right home, Aarons work was just beginning. He immediately recommended home inspectors, attorneys and contractors who, in retrospect, were excellent referrals. Within several weeks of purchasing the properties, Aaron found prospective tenants and effectively coordinated credit and lease terms with them. Aaron continues to be well-involved in helping me renew the leases every year. There continues to be some level of stigma against real estate agents, bankers and other professionals who may not do a good job of aligning their personal interests with the interests of their clients.
