When we first began looking at homes, we werent even sure we were ready to move from our first home. My husband and I were on the market for our first home. We knew absolutely nothing! Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails. He was honest and up front with us. He showed us multiple homes, and did not complain about giving up his weekend or evening. He was great interacting with our 4-year-old son. He led us to a great mortgage guy (which ended up being the reason the offer on our new home was accepted above 3 other offers). He told us when he did not think a house was right, or when he thought it might need more work than we were looking for (or could afford). He told us that he had resolved to find our new home, make an offer, have it accepted, and have us moved in within three months. At first we thought he was crazy, but low and behold, he came through. We did have to dial back our expectations a bit (due to our own budgetary confinements) but we love our new home! It is beautiful, and bigger than our previous, and we were moved in in time to enjoy Trick or Treating in our new neighborhood. He could answer questions about the area and the school district (our main reason for moving) and he made a very daunting process seem effortless. I am so glad that I stumbled upon him on Facebook, it was a great experience! He still checks in from time to time to see how things are going, and he is interested in the updates we've made to our new home. He is great at what he does! Thanks!
