I'm not sure I can put into words how wonderful Karen is. A friend of ours led us to Karen and from the first few moments I knew she was going to be our realtor. She knew the community and market well. More importantly for me is Karen made me feel comfortable and was very companionate about our situation. I felt supported from the start. I didn't want to sell my dream home that I raised my children in and lived in for 24 years. I picked out every detail, had so many memories in it. All the little things like the 8-palm trees we planted for our 8th wedding anniversary and that beautiful sunset maple we planted and had watched grow, they meant the world to me. I was going to live there forever. Life had other plans, my husband became disabled, and it was time to find a smaller home. From start to finish Karen was there for me. She talked me down when I panicked or get overwhelmed. She dried my tears as I cried so many times over having to say goodbye to our home. She was an emotional rock for me as if we were family. Beyond this, with Karen's expertise and knowledge, she literally sold our home in 3 days. Yes, 3 days. We had 6 offers to choose from in that short amount of time. She helped us find the perfect home that we could start the next stage of our life in, and that I could love. When all was said and done and she handed me those keys she held me tight as I teared up and said, "You did it." There is no way I could have done this start to finish without Karen. I can't imagine that most realtors would go to the lengths she did to support us, sell our home, and help us with a new beginning. She never once let us down and was always a call or text away. I hope that anyone reading this asks Karen to be their realtor. You won't be sorry. Even if you are not in our situation, she is excellent at selling and finding homes quickly. And if you are in our situation, there is no one better than Karen. She is everything she appears to be and offers the support needed to get through a difficult change. I adore Karen. I can't recommend her enough. Look no further. Karen is the realtor you want.

I have used her twice. The first time she sold my house on 1118 West Elmonte and she was quite informative and professional in what she did. The second time was when I sold my condo at 1457 West Swain Road Stockton CA. 95207. It was a two story and rather than just list it she suggested she stage it for me after I moved out on August 16, 2021.She suggested that I purchase my mobile home first before listing my condo and then she gave me a time frame to move out of it. She stated that it was a sellers market right now and that by staging first it would be more appealing to the buyer. I managed to get movers to help me pack and that helped although I did forget a lot of stuff in the garage because the previous owner of my new mobile home had so much of her own stuff that she was literally offering me furniture and I just did not think I had the room for all that furniture at the mobile home So I downsized about 70% of my furniture from the condo and brought downstairs what I wanted to keep and move over to my mobile home and got rid of about 80% of the furniture upstairs so that once the move day came it would be easier on the movers to just put things in the back of their truck

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Karen. We were selling our property (land only) which is usually a slow process for land sales. She went above and beyond and put the property out on other realty sites that we never even thought of. Because of this, our property sold in less than 6 months. Most land lots are usually on the market for a year or more. She really genuinely cares about her clients and really went out of her way to provide us the best experience in selling our property.
