Since 2008, I've helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Denver Metro area, including both resale and investment properties. I focus on delivering a smooth, informed experience by combining deep local market knowledge with clear communication and strong negotiation.
I've personally closed over 250 transactions, mentored more than 100 agents, leased dozens of homes, and worked as an owner, partner, or project manager on dozens of rehabs (rentals and flips). I specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, downtown condos, and new construction townhomes, and I work closely with top agents, attorneys, and service providers to ensure my clients can make confident, well-informed decisions.
