Aaron sold my house in Silver Springs, NV during the 1st quarter of 2025. He gave me excellent advice on how to stage my house including the landscaping. I used 4 of his vendors for preparing the house for sale and all of them did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. After all of the preparations were completed in late February, Aaron listed my house on a Thursday. On the following Monday, after 7 (seven!) agents showed my house to their clients, Aaron called me to discuss multiple offers. I accepted an offer of $10,000 over the asking price from very well qualified buyers. I watched home sales in Silver Springs, a small town, for over a year and homes similar to mine seemed to take between 2 to 4 months to sell after listing. Aaron sold mine for more than the asking price in only 4 days. I highly recommend Aaron Clark because he has A+ Process expertise and A+ negotiation skills. My 4-star rating for local knowledge is because Silver Springs is outside of his normal area of Reno/Sparks and yet he still seemed to run circles around the local realtors.

It was such a great experience working with Aaron! We are not local Reno people but that did not matter as Aaron helped us understand the market and area and took care of EVERYTHING. We didn't have to come out from the Bay Area and very easily were able to find a home we liked and that we ultimately purchased. I would highly recommend Aaron due to his great knowledge of the real estate market and the area, his excellent communication skills and he is just a very nice and pleasant person to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations!

In July 2023, I made the decision to relocate out of state and needed to sell my house. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful for all the work he did. After an initial meeting and a walk-through of the property, he made the process of selling my house so smooth and therefore I was able to concentrate on packing up my house and relocating. This was especially helpful as my house went on the market after I already left Nevada. He kept me informed throughout the whole process from listing to closing. As we reflect on who really helped us out in the past year, the number one person would be Aaron Clark. He was recommended to us by our financial advisor, and he is truly an excellent real estate agent and a wonderful human being! He advertises that he will be there every step of the way, and he most certainly was! He guided us through the entire sales process, including understanding the current market, staging, inspections, review of offers, moving companies, and even recommending a real estate agent to us when we went to buy a new home in another city. Both of the recommendations for the moving company and the real estate agent gave us additional excellent people to help us during a very stressful time. As we are retired, we do not know how we could have ever successfully accomplished this move without Aaron being there for us!
