The one I'm most fond of is definitely the house i sold last year in Whitestone. I got to know the family very well and we went to closing and was a smooth transaction. I was then invited over for dinner where I presented them with a thank you gift for them giving me the chance to sell their home. They have since moved back to Croatia but i am still in touch with them today!
