Make sure they have all their credentials in order such as: Proof of funds, Pre-approval, credit score, etc

I would show them the real price their house is worth currently on the market by showing them stats of what other homes sold for in the area within the last 6 months.

The one I'm most fond of is definitely the house i sold last year in Whitestone. I got to know the family very well and we went to closing and was a smooth transaction. I was then invited over for dinner where I presented them with a thank you gift for them giving me the chance to sell their home. They have since moved back to Croatia but i am still in touch with them today!

I was around the Real Estate business for a long time, my father started back in 95 and has since been in the business. I was taught the old school method of business with making cold calls and farming/door knocking.

I have a great deal of knowledge in all areas I do business so I am able to price the homes I put up for sale at a price that makes the properties move fast on the market while also getting my clients top dollar for their home.
