Being out of state we had limited time to accomplish this task. We even pivoted from the original plan and he made the changes in less than a day and arranged other properties to view. As out of state buyers he was extremely helpful in guiding us and even after the purchase he continued to assist us with some renovations that we needed done. Meeting and opening the house to vendors for quotes etc... We were very grateful for all the help he provided us - he is a solid 10 !!!! I called Bill about purchasing a condo in the Summerlin area. My budget was not large and Bill listened while I told him what we were looking for. He appeared willing to help, took my email address and said he would send me some properties to look through. He even offered to do a Skype call of a property we were interested in. I texted him the next morning to ask a coue more questions and he said he would investigate and get back with me. After 6 days I have heard nothing. Out of curiosity I tried to text him, not that I would actually use him at this point, and found out that he had blocked my number. I would have been okay if he would have told me from the start that he was too busy to help me. At least then I would expect nothing from him but to tell me twice that he would get back to me and then not respond is unprofessional.
