When we started the process he sat and talked with us to find out what we wanted in a house and what we needed. He also told us what would happen every step of the process. When it came time to look at homes he was very accommodating since we lived out of state and couldn't be there in person. When we made the offer he was able to get us 15% off of asking price. He was great to work with.
