We recently worked with Alissa where she was the listing agent on the property we bought and then hired her to sell our property. Weve purchased and sold many properties and I can absolutely say Alissa far exceeds skill level and knowledge of the market, negotiation, sales strategy, and client management. She updated us continuously and her ability to generate multiple offers and guidance on which offer to accept was key, I cannot recommend her as a broker strongly enough if you want to buy or sell in the greater Newport area run dont walk to hire her!

We purchased our home with Alyssas assistance at the height of the pandemic madness. We would routinely arrive at open houses as early as possible only to find out that the house had already gone to another bidder even when the bar sellers suggested they were not accepting pre-open house offers.
