I have worked with most every type of client both buyers and sellers: first time home buyers and sellers, real estate investors, retirees, military families, estate administrators, attorneys, equestrians, developers, builders, REO and Ibuyers...

This is a tough one to answer because I have so many fond transactions and great clients. I sold a 40 plus acre horse farm that was an ideal property for subdivision and new homes for our military buyers who want to have access to our county schools yet be close to Ft. Bragg. We were up against a municipality with a ‘no growth’ mindset who tried to stop even a very conservative subdivision with lots 2 acres and up in size. It took careful study of the towns UDO but I was able to figure out a plan that they could not stop since it adhered to all the zoning requirements and regulations. We were able to get the subdivision through without having to go through the usual months long processes. We now have several beautiful new homes, happy homeowners and happy neighbors. The seller even gave me a large and unexpected bonus for my hard work and dedication which was icing on the cake!

I started as an appraiser and moved to RE sales in the late 90’s. I had instant creditably and a great client base and reputation from the relationships I had formed with banks, attorneys, homeowners and Realtors. I believe my extensive knowledge and experience as an appraiser has proven to be invaluable in my real estate sales career.
