About Keith J.

Keith Jean-Pierre, Team Leader of The Dapper Agents, began his real estate career at the age of 19. With many of his friends and colleagues still unsure of what they were going to do with their lives, Keith had sheer focus and determination to become both a top producer in the Real Estate Industry; as well as create a top producing team offering superior services in his market.

Keith quickly realized how difficult it would be to establish himself in the industry due to the predetermined nature of the general public, but he did not allow this to hinder his goals. After establishing a marketing campaign to get over these hurdles, Keith became very successful in the industry becoming one of the youngest to ever be employed by Re/Max, as well as become the youngest agent in his office. Over the years, Keith and his team of agents have sold many homes throughout the state New Jersey; using innovative and first class marketing strategies they have grown to be known for. Finding the right agent is key for a successful home purchase. As such, our team does a buyers consultation with all of our buyers prior to working with them. This consultation allows us to determine both their exact needs; and verify if they are a good fit with our team. If a client or agent are not comfortable working with each other, then the transaction is complicated from the start.

Again, finding the right agent is key here as well. You want to make sure you find an agent you are both comfortable with and also can produce a strong marketing campaign. Our claim to fame is the exclusivity on our listings, on all the major real estate websites. This includes Zillow, Trulia,,, Front Door, and many others. As the listing agents, we know the most about the property, and there is no reason that a property inquiry should go to any other agent besides us. If said agent is unfamiliar with the property or does not respond in a timely fashion, it makes us look bad and that is a disservice to the seller. Our policy is to contact our internet leads within 15 minutes during business hours. This is accomplished by our a team of 10 callers whose main goal is to catch the client while they are still in front of their internet device; so we can answer questions in real time.

531 Jefferson Street in Hoboken! This property was a four story walk-up that came with it's challenges because for $10,000 more, you could get a doorman building. Furthermore there was a unit in the building that wasn't moving. Fortunately my seller was willing to listen to all our suggestions and we did a one week hold for showings, with a heavy launch campaign. The result; over a dozen offers, $45,000 over asking, and a quick CASH close. That is The Dapper Agents difference!

From a small child I knew I was either going to be in the car or real estate industry. At the age of 13 I started a car business that I kept for 10 years.
