The Deutsch Team has been very active with real estate both before and after the virus. We have sellers, buyers, and we are having closings but in ways that keep us all safe and healthy. Buyers are out there looking and buying, but good listing inventory is STILL in short supply. Buyers understand that now you have to be "ready to go" to write a purchase contract, have a pre-approval letter to attach, and possibly include an escalation clause to the get the house you love. Listing your home right now is a good strategy because it is still a seller's market. My advice is to align yourself with an attentive and experienced buyer's agent who knows how to write clean offers and will also notify you about pocket properties that come their way through broker networking.

If you are a seller, its important not to limit the marketing of your home. This includes signage, internet presence, very good and current pictures, a virtual tour, and an agent that hustles, open houses, and syndication of your property across the most active internet linked sites/feeds. Price and condition are king, no doubt, but you need an agent and a broker with technology and connections for maximum exposure, that's Coldwell Banker.
