My wife and I thank God every day for leading us to choose Amy to represent us as we sold our house. We had never sold a house before, so Amy took us by the hand and lead us through the process. At times we wondered about what she was telling us because she saw more value in our house than we did, but she was right. Within a couple of days we had eight offers over asking price. Amy has a work ethic that I have not seen before. Her communication is top notch and made me and my husband feel that was in complete control of our listing. Amy, bless her heart, saved my life literally. We set out appt. to meet in person and sign a contract on Feb. 15 at 2:45 pm. This was at the home i still live in as the contracts were for two rental homes i owned. But I had plumbing problems in the kitchen which led to the kitchen being soaked in water that I did not see before i hurriedly entered the kitchen and i slipped and fell hard on the hardwood flooring and broke my left hip. Of course my phone was no handy and I could not crawl to it so I had to wait on Amy. When she came I screamed for her to go the back patio door to enter. She got me clothing and my purse ready for the ambulance. She visited me in the hospital out of concern. When I came home we finally signed the contracts and it was with her great assistance I got more then I hoped for. She is charismatic and sweet and i would refer her anytime.

My husband and I are SO glad we had Amy to sell our townhouse! She is the perfect agent, staying in touch, knowledgeable and really SAVVY! She knows the market well, kept us very well informed and guided us through the process, keeping us feeling comfortable the entire time. Her knowledge really paid off for us, and her marketing was spot on. If I have more real estate needs in the future, I definitely will call on Amy. It is obvious that she loves what she does. She got us more than we asked for our townhouse and we cannot thank her enough!
