Referral Agreement Details

The agent receiving referrals from us ("Receiving Agent" or "You") hereby agrees to the following:
  1. Pay California-based FASTEXPERT, INC. (DRE License No. 01950016) a referral fee of twenty-five per cent (25%) of the gross "referred-side" commission, before any and all deduction or fees. The referral fee due to FASTEXPERT, INC. will be calculated on a minimum of 2% of the gross sales price before any sharing of commission or fees between the real estate professional and his or her broker for all real estate transactions that originated at, by or through FastExpert.com and affiliate sites. The Receiving Agent will take all actions required to ensure that the referral payment is promptly paid to FASTEXPERT, INC.
  2. If You are working under a real estate broker, You agree that You have notified Your broker and have obtained the broker's consent to use FASTEXPERT, INC. as a lead source and that Your broker has knowledge of and consents to Your obligation to pay 25% of the commission from the escrow account at the close of sale to FASTEXPERT, INC.
  3. You are a real estate salesperson or broker with a current and valid license and all information you submit to FastExpert.com is true, accurate and complete and you will promptly update your profile and information provided to FastExpert.com, including but not limited to your licensing status.
  4. You are in compliance with all real estate licensing laws and have adequate and appropriate insurance coverage. You are solely responsible for all representations and information you provide to customers about your services and there is no partnership or joint liability relationship between you and Fastexpert.com. FastExpert.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any real estate professional for any reason at our sole discretion.

You agree that this referral agreement governs ALL current and future referrals You receive. Each referral to You is valid for four years from date of referral
