Susan helped my husband and I sell our house and find our new perfect home and made the entire process painless and straightforward. This sounds incredibly stupid but this review is probably one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do because I honestly can not even begin to convey just how thankful we are to have found Susan and how amazing this whole process has been with her by our side every step of the way.Selling our house was a really difficult decision - one we literally took 2 years to finally pull the trigger on - Susan was patient with us while also giving us the reality check we needed, she made sure our house was ready so we could draw in as many potential buyers as possible, marketed it superbly and got us multiple offers OVER our asking price the first day of showings!You truly never feel like you're just a number or another client with Susan, she genuinely loves what she does and it shows.She has worked hard and fostered great relationships with all the local realtors which was how we ended up finding our new home before it even went to market!We are beyond blessed to have her in our lives and to now call her our friend.I could not recommend her more highly - she is and will always be our one and only recommendation to anyone who needs broker/realtor services.

I never thought I'd own a house. I didn't even think I'd own a *drawing* of a house. But when my landlords told me they weren't going to to renew my lease I thought, well. Might as well look into it.Susan saw my trepidation, utter lack of experience, and complete disregard for taking on the responsibility of home ownership, and she told me I could do this. When I told her firmly that I would always rent, she told me that wasn't a good enough goal. When I asked her if it was even possible for me to buy a house - *me* - she answered that it was. The "and please stop asking" was implied, but never stated. Which I appreciate.Buying a house feels like drowning. You can't breathe, you don't know which way is up, you're simultaneously floating and being crushed under the weight of everything around you. Susan took all that, talked me through all of it, and if I'm honest probably did 90% of the work while I wasn't looking. I think she's maybe the boat in the analogy, I don't know. It's been a few years since 4th period remedial English.I couldn't be happier with Susan and I'd shout her name from the rooftop if I didn't think I'd break something up there. Roofing's not cheap.

I dont usually write online reviews but I felt compelled to do so for Susan Kadilak because of how amazing her and her team were to work with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan to purchase a new home. I was anxious to buy and Susan kept me from jumping on several properties that in hindsight would not have been a great fit for my needs. Susans top notch market knowledge and home expertise helped guide me through what otherwise would have been an extremely stressful process. Ultimately we found a great property that was exactly what I was looking for! She even gave me paint color and renovation recommendations and put me in contact with her network of contractors to do the work. There were too many things that impressed me to list here but I will highlight a few. Responsiveness was second to none. From the first meeting straight through closing, Susan was always immediate with a reply and follow up. Equally impressive was her willingness to roll up her sleeves and get a closer look at the homes we looked at. I knew I was in good hands when Susan climbed into the attic of the very first house we looked at to check the roof and insulation! Best decision I made when putting our home for sale was to enlist Susan as our Realtor!After discussing with other realtors, including an online realtor upon a friend's recommendation I reached out to Susan. Susan came fully prepared at the first appointment, answered all my questions that I had as a first-time-seller. I needed recommendations for some work to be done on the home, Susan not only helped prioritize what should be done, but also offered sound recommendations for service-pros to use. She even helped select color for painting the house. I was so glad to see the final product once ready to list by simply following along all her recommendations. The pictures she arranged to take came out fantastic, and so did the listing. Open houses were very well organized, I got updates promptly after every open house. During offers, I got sound guidance on how to navigate and same continued throughout the process until closing. In our case, there were certain unplanned delays from the buyer financing front, which led to some back and forth but I knew I had a strong Realtor in Susan to bank on for advice and proceed based on her recommendations.I cannot thank her and her team more for all the efforts ... I chose Susan because she had sold other units in my condo complex. I learned from her that she has been in the business since 2002 and survived the real estate bubble burst of 2008....so I knew she had to be good. I had a # in my mind to list and she literally matched it without me saying anything. So I knew this would be a good partnership! My unit was empty so she and I discussed staging the unit for highest potential offer that we could get. Her staging contact did a nice job and I truly feel there was value in that additional fee I paid prior to closing. We ended up getting an over asking offer in just 4 days of listing! Her Admin, Trisha was hugely important in the closing process. She was super responsive and easy to work with as the Financing for the Buyer was a bit challenging to fulfill their needs. When I came by to pick up my check from Escrow, I brought a lovely orchid for her....and she handed me with a huge Tiffany's box! I have never had anything from Tiffany's before let alone getting a gift from my REALTOR! It was a box filled with Champagne glasses, a bottle of pink Champagne and Ghirardelli chocolates! Susan and her team rock and I would refer her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell in the Woburn/Burlington area.

We came to Susan as first-time home-buyers with only a vague idea of what we wanted in a home.
