1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Getting pre-approved by a local, qualified lender is the first and most important step to take when purchasing a home. Not only does it give you leverage when making an offer, it also shows you what you can afford before even stepping foot in a home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clean homes without a lot of clutter sell faster, and communication is key! We strive to go above and beyond for our clients, and keep you informed every step of the way.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients - from first time homebuyers, to homeowners wanting to downsize, and everything in between!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We sold a home in an hour, and closed in two weeks! Very happy buyer and seller!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
One of Sandi's secrets to success has been through the use of technology. We really excel in our use of technology. We constantly utilize the latest and greatest tools available. I feel it is important for our clients to have the smoothest transaction possible by taking up the least amount of their time and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Our team works hard to get information on every home in the area, do the necessary research, take photos and notes, write the offer, and submit the offer all while still in the home. It just makes us all more efficient, and it's a fun and innovative experience for the client. We don't do average. We don't like to do what most Realtors do. We don't just promise, we deliver!
